Property

Works on 3 types: Single, family home ∙ Land no bigger than 40 acres ∙ Multi-unit property with 4 units or less.

The owner signs documents in front of a witness and notary.

Return the signed deed within 15 days of when we send it to you -- the county has strict timing rules.

Follow your estate funding instructions to ensure your other assets skip probate too.

Our team of paralegals will record your deed with the county and email you a copy - your home is protected!  We will send you instructions on how to protect your other accounts from probate as well. 

Tip: Most UPS stores can print, notarize, and mail your deed.   Just bring a friend to be the witness.
