Property
Works on 3 types: Single, family home ∙ Land no bigger than 40 acres ∙ Multi-unit property with 4 units or less.
Beneficiary
Ideally, it is an adult—not a minor. Be careful when giving to those with special needs…
Ownership
Own the property with another person? It's best if you both sign Transfer on Death Deeds.

The form is easy and you can pay by credit card. Make sure your form is correct, noone will review this form (no attorneys work at End Probate, this is paralega services only).
Sign & notarize
The owner signs documents in front of a witness and notary.
Make the deadline
Return the signed deed within 15 days of when we send it to you -- the county has strict timing rules.
Complete your funding steps
Follow your estate funding instructions to ensure your other assets skip probate too.
We'll do the rest
Our team of paralegals will record your deed with the county and email you a copy - your home is protected! We will send you instructions on how to protect your other accounts from probate as well.
Tip: Most UPS stores can print, notarize, and mail your deed. Just bring a friend to be the witness.
