How does End Probate compare to other services?

Other online will and trust makers create your documents, but they do not fund your estate (draft and file deeds and give instructions for other assets), which is the only way to avoid probate for most estates.

Most other services want you to pay a fee now, $200-$800, and then require your family to come back to pay a much larger sum for help with your probate $4,000-$8,000.  They also do not include the deed recording fee of $100.

End Probate is a different type of service. We want you to pay one nominal fee now $600 per person and have your beneficiaries pay one nominal fee later ($300), but have everything they need to collect your assets without probate or more fees (unless there is litigation or some other unexpected circumstance).   We include the recording fees in our cost.
